1-Altitude
Located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) at One Raffles Place, 1-Altitude is a ‘multi-concept lifestyle destination’ that encompasses a viewing gallery, rooftop gallery and bar, fine-dining restaurant Stellar, Altimate nightclub, and ALT Café and Bar across three levels. Perched 282 metres above sea level, 1-Altitude Gallery & Bar is the world’s highest alfresco bar. With 360-degree views of the CBD, visitors can enjoy a cocktail in hand and relax to laidback DJ-spun beats, while admiring the stunning city skyline. At Altimate, the view of the skyline is an impressive backdrop for visitors to party the night away. Alley Bar
Tucked away in a snug passageway along Orchard Road is the chic and intimate Alley Bar. The 15-metre-long bar seamlessly weaves old world charm with contemporary design and is dotted with hanging lights. Their best-selling dishes include the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken with Waffle (S$26++) and Wagyu Beef Burger (S$20++). Alley Bar’s extensive drinks list features handcrafted cocktails like Waterfall (S$35++), a flaming cocktail with Kahlua, Galliano and Sambuca and bartender specials such as Dragon Heart (S$20++), dragon fruit shaken with gin. During happy hour (Mon–Sun 5–9pm), visitors can enjoy house spirits for S$6++, house wines for S$8++ and draught beers for S$10++. Attica
Established in 2004, this club is popular for its Wednesday Ladies Night and late-night parties helmed by visiting DJs from around the world. The space is split into four areas: Bar Rose, an outdoor cocktail and champagne bar overlooking the Singapore River; R&B and Top 40s on Level 1; house, trance and progressive dance on Level 2; and an alfresco area, The Courtyard. Canvas
Inspired by legendary New York club, The Factory, Canvas is a creative space by day and an underground nightclub by night. Catering to young indie clubbers, the eclectic music here spans Afro-Latin, swing, nu-disco, hip-hop and techno. Guests DJs from all over the world are often hosted at Canvas and past acts include Will Atkinson from the United Kingdom, Menno De Jong from the Netherlands and Super8 and Tab from Finland. CÉ LA VI Singapore
CÉ LA VI is a restaurant, sky bar and club lounge elevated above the observation deck of the SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands. It boasts arguably the best views of Singapore, and is a popular venue for visiting celebrities. Its sunset session (from 6–9pm) is the perfect time for visitors to snap a rooftop selfie. CÉ LA VI’s restaurant menu features modern Asian cuisine by executive chef Joseph Sergentakis. The tender and succulent Rice Flake Crusted Lobster and Tuna Tartare Jicama Rolls are crowd favourites. On selected days, guests will have to pay a cover charge for entry to CÉ LA VI. Guests of CÉ LA VI will require a Skypark Observation Deck ticket to enter. Lantern
The gem of The Fullerton Bay Hotel, this rooftop bar–with a covered canopy and stunning circular bar–looks out onto the Marina Bay area and its surrounding skyscrapers. Visitors should come by at dusk for a sunset cocktail. The speciality drinks are the Lantern Slings (S$25++), a take on the classic Singapore Sling with ingredients such as dragon fruit, raspberries, peach and passionfruit. Advanced dining reservations are recommended.

Bang Bang
This cheekily named nightclub, which can house 400 partygoers in its intimate setting, is all about top-notch bottle service (bottles of champagne from S$198++) and VIP service. Bang Bang is also known for its club anthems and electronic dance music (EDM), as well as giant bear mascots parading the dance floor, sexy go-go dancers and hostesses. For special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, guests can enjoy special packages which include express entry, a VIP table and bottle service. The club’s mid-week ladies night, Wild Wednesdays, are extremely popular. Ladies who RSVP their attendance for Wild Wednesdays online will receive three complimentary drinks. Visitors to Bang Bang will have to adhere to strict dress code requirements; button-down shirts, long pants and shoes for males and cocktail attire and heels for females.

ZOUK™
The club that cemented Singapore’s global super-club status — and brought avid clubbers the annual ZoukOut dance music festival. Its main Zouk™ room, with an eyecatching LEDSCONTROL light structure above the dance floor, accommodates over 1,500 revellers. The Phuture room, with its graffiti artwork, caters to hip-hop and R&B fans. Also part of the complex is RedTail Bar, a restaurant and bar serving cocktails and East-meets-West bar bites. Working professionals and guests with a preference for luxury experiences can head to Capital Zouk™. Housed in a nondescript room within Capital, guests will find QUEENS, an intimate cocktail bar. The bar serves drinks inspired by hip-hop culture, such as the Shaolin Swordsmen (S$25 Nett), an Old Fashioned mixed with cynar and coffee liquor and named after the legendary hip-hop group, Wu-Tang Clan.
